Terms of Use

1. Definitions and general provisions

‘Wings’ or the ‘Service’ means the Wings dating mobile application, website, software and related features. The ‘Owner’ means the person who owns the Service and keeps it running. A ‘User’ is a legally capable individual aged 18 or older who uses the Service. ‘Content’ includes profiles, photographs, video, audio, messages, posts and other user materials.

These Terms cover individual and couple profiles, profile discovery, the Live feed, personal channels, messaging, groups, galleries and other available interactions. The Personal Data Processing Policy forms an integral part of the Service terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account and stop using the Service. Separate features and paid options may be governed by additional terms displayed before use.

2. Age, registration and account

Wings is intended only for people aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate, current and non-misleading information and keep it up to date.

Your account is personal. You are responsible for protecting your password and other access credentials, must not transfer the account to anyone else, and must report suspected unauthorized access to support@wings-dating.ru.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account through the available in-app controls. Data is deleted or anonymized subject to the periods and exceptions stated in the Policy and applicable law.

3. Couple profiles

By creating a couple profile, you confirm that the other adult participant knows about the profile, voluntarily consents to the processing and display of the information about them, and has authorized publication of their images.

The account owner is responsible for obtaining that consent and must be able to confirm it upon request. The other participant may request deletion of information relating to them; access to the profile or materials may be restricted while the request is reviewed.

4. Purpose and status of the Service

Wings provides a technical platform for dating, communication and user Content. The Owner is not a party to arrangements or relationships between Users and is not a marriage agency, representative, meeting organizer or guarantor of anyone’s intentions.

Users independently assess other people, their intentions and proposals, choose how and where to meet, and take personal safety precautions. A verification badge confirms only completion of the relevant Service procedure and does not guarantee good faith, personal qualities or safety.

5. User Content and license

You retain your rights in Content and are responsible for its legality and accuracy, for the consent of depicted persons, and for holding all rights needed to publish it.

While Content remains in the Service, you grant the Owner a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, technically process, reformat, display and transmit it solely as necessary to operate selected features, moderate the Service, create backups and deliver materials to recipients.

Public profiles, open galleries, the Live feed and personal channels may be accessible to an indefinite number of Users, including people abroad. Private galleries and messages are available to selected recipients, but recipients may technically save or disclose them in breach of the rules; consider this risk before sending.

6. Conduct and prohibited use

You must respect other people’s boundaries and voluntary consent and must not use the Service unlawfully or to harm anyone.

• registration by persons under 18, sexual interaction involving minors, or any materials depicting minors;
• illegal pornography, excessively explicit public Content, or intimate materials sent without the recipient’s explicit consent;
• distribution of materials prohibited by Russian Federal Law No. 478-FZ of 5 December 2022, including promotion of non-traditional sexual relations or preferences, gender reassignment and paedophilia, and information capable of prompting minors to change their gender;
• threats, stalking, blackmail, abuse, discrimination, harassment, or coercion into communication, meetings or sexual activity;
• impersonation, fake profiles, use of another person’s photographs, or knowingly false information;
• fraud, extortion, fundraising scams, spam, intrusive advertising or malicious links;
• unauthorized disclosure of another person’s personal data, correspondence, contact details, location, images or private and intimate information;
• infringement of intellectual property, evasion of restrictions, interference with the Service, or automated data collection without the Owner’s written permission.

7. Moderation, profile verification and complaints

The Owner may review profiles, verification selfies, photographs, Live feed posts, channels and reports. Following a complaint, breach, safety threat or lawful request, the Owner may request information, restrict or remove Content, suspend features or block an account.

A verification selfie is used to review a profile and does not automatically constitute biometric identification. Verification procedures may change to prevent abuse.

Measures depend on the nature, seriousness and recurrence of a breach. Threats, fraud, illegal Content or material risk may result in immediate blocking. Appeals may be sent to support@wings-dating.ru; evading a block is prohibited.

8. Free and paid features

Core Wings features are free. Paid services include internal coin packs, one-time profile boosts and VIP status for a selected term; current descriptions, prices and terms are shown before payment or coin deduction.

Coin packs are purchased in Russian rubles as one-time payments. Coins may only be used inside Wings, are not money and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another user.

VIP does not renew automatically: every new term is activated separately. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Offer, Refund Policy and Russian law.

9. Intellectual property

The Wings software, interface, design, databases, text and graphics belong to the Owner or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Intellectual-property notices must be sent to support@wings-dating.ru with a description of the protected work, evidence of rights, and a link or other information identifying the disputed material.

10. Availability and liability

The Service is provided ‘as is’ and as available. The Owner takes reasonable operational and security measures but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, absence of errors, preservation of every item, successful dating or that Users will meet each other’s expectations.

To the extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for User Content, decisions, meetings, acts or omissions, external websites, loss of data outside reasonable control, indirect loss or loss of profit. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes, governing law and contact

The Owner may modify features and perform maintenance. New Terms are published in Wings with their effective date; where fresh consent is required, the Service will request it separately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, subject to mandatory rules that apply regardless of that choice. Before filing a claim in court, send it to support@wings-dating.ru; the response period is 30 calendar days unless the law provides otherwise.
