Digital Service Delivery Terms

1. Coin packs

After payment confirmation, the selected number of coins is credited to the account, normally immediately and no later than 24 hours where technical processing is required. No physical delivery is provided.

2. Profile boost

After the coin deduction is confirmed, the profile receives the current top position in its city's search results. Its later position depends on subsequent boosts and search sorting rules.

3. VIP status

VIP unlocks the features listed before activation, including extended search filters, the full visitor list, privacy and messaging controls, password-protected albums, personal-channel posts, removal of the daily new-chat limit for male profiles and included free boosts.

The available terms are 1, 7, 30 or 90 days. The exact term and coin price are shown before activation; an extension preserves the remaining active term.

4. Missing service

If coins or a service have not appeared within 24 hours, create a support ticket or email support@wings-dating.ru with the payment or operation ID. Do not repeat the purchase before support responds.
