Public Offer

1. Subject

The user purchases a selected pack of internal Wings coins in Russian rubles. Coins are credited to the account and may only be used for paid services inside Wings.

Available services include a one-time profile boost and VIP status for a selected term. Current names, descriptions, terms and prices are shown on the Paid services page and before coins are deducted.

2. Coins and prices

Each pack's coin amount and RUB price are shown before payment. Service prices are stated in coins; the RUB equivalent is indicative and depends on the selected coin pack.

Coins are not money, electronic money, a deposit, investment or security. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.

3. Agreement and payment

The agreement is concluded when the user confirms the order, accepts this Offer and the payment provider confirms payment. Each payment is one-time; no recurring charge is enabled.

Payments are made in Russian rubles through the connected provider. The Provider does not receive full bank-card details.

4. Delivery

Coins are credited automatically after payment confirmation. A paid service is activated after the user separately confirms the coin deduction.

A profile boost is a one-time service. VIP status lasts for the stated number of days; an early extension is added after the remaining term.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Refund rules are published on the Refund and Payment Cancellation page. Requests are accepted in the app and at support@wings-dating.ru. Statutory consumer rights are not restricted.

6. Liability and disputes

The parties are liable under Russian law. The user must maintain access to the account and must not transfer it to others.

Claims are accepted at support@wings-dating.ru. The response period is up to 30 calendar days unless law requires a shorter period.
